So here is the rear D, red kit from Tiso on thier rear D (156grams as its seen here)that is CNC machined...also thier ceramic pulley wheels are not only color matched for the bling affect but spin FOREVER! Red Nokon cables for the tight turn for the cable, red KCNC skewers.

How well does the front derailleur shift? Does the Tiso shift better than Shimano with the Q rings?
